Carlton did a fantastic job of resurfacing/polishing our engineered stone vanity top! Although we have only had the bathroom vanity for a few months we had several small scratches, chips and a few areas that had been etched leaving the polished surface dull. One came from a styptic pencil left on the counter and a few small etches where we had left a bottle of vinegar on the top for only a few moments. He also fixed a couple of small chips so that you can’t even tell where they had been. He was very through in explaining what he was going to do and how to take care of it in the future. We learned that although the vanity top is “engineered stone” the surface is rather delicate and quite a bit softer than say granite. Now we know that extra caution needs to be taken with this top. No vinegar, no abrasive or harsh cleaners and to take extra care when using products that have citrate acid as an ingredient. If you need your counters repaired or polished Carlton at Rock Solid Creations is the one to call!
