He was very punctual and even waited for a bit when we had a misunderstanding regarding my address. He worked on my slightly older Kenmore dryer. I sent him the model number the morning of the appointment and he must’ve already knew what the issue was based on my symptoms bc he came in and fixed the issue and was out in a half hour. I scheduled the appointment 2 days in advance and was highly satisfied and grateful for his service.
