Knicked almost 1/2 the tiles while removing grout. Applied the wrong color (does not match existing). I reached out and advised of issue. Person said he would replace it but never heard back from after that.

Those knicks can be polished out easily like we told you. We were told your daughter put "grey" grout on the shower so we went off of that. But then it wasn't, it was supposed to be "platinum" not "grey" which we bought originally but when we applied the grout it didn't look right so we put the "grey" like you told us that was on there and looked great until the next day you told us that it was "platinum" not the "grey" you said your daughter applied.
We did text you saying we would fix it, but we got not response from you so we figured you weren't interested?
