- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I only do flat fees. I think it is important for the client to know exactly how much my services are going to cost.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to do an initial consultation. Then, after the fee is deposited with me, I will bring the client in for an in depth conversation about their case.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I went to Marquette University in Milwaukee (I missed DWade by a year) and then law school at the University of Toledo. I take classes every year to keep up on the law and latest strategies.
