- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
15+ window treatments = 15% discount 10+ window treatments = 10% discount Costs range by product and manufacturer, and range from $ - $$$$ price points. I have a price match guarantee. Additional 5% discount would apply to veterans and public service employees.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We would start with a free in-home consultation to review product options and measure the windows. A quote will be emailed to you for review, and if accepted a 50% deposit would be required to initiate production. Once the product is received, I will reach out to schedule installation. Upon completion of the project and complete satisfaction with the job, the remaining 50% balance is due.
