Eric was very professional, honest and true to his word! He was hired to clean our dryer vent which is usually a cut and dry job, but over 2 hours later and a trip into the attic, to disconnect the vent plenum to find the true location of the exhaust air blockage, he honored his initial verbal price to me. He also made several recommendations re: how to properly re-route the plenum to make it less likely to have this occurrence. We are getting a quote for a whole house ventilation clean out and will use Eric again.

My water heater basically exploded over the weekend. I had water everywhere. Wade's Heating and Cooling showed up shortly after I called them. They were able to stop the flooding, and remove the old tank even though the sediment prevented the tank from being fully drained. As heavy as it was, they muscled it out, installed a new tank, and cleaned everything up for me. They are the kind of people you WANT to do business with. They treat you like family.
