Your review is result of payment failure. You deceive stating “stopped check,” but it is an NSF bounced check written for first cleaning session. First cleaning you gave a 5-star review stating “above and beyond.” Session 2 by same crew was over 4 full hours which you were present and tipped an extra $100. Not $20 for an okay job, but $100 while in your live presence. What does that say about the job you claim so bad? Suddenly the reviews go bad when called out asking to resolve NSF payment of $350 from session 1 after legal action is mentioned. 4 loads of laundry were completed in session 2 (our only photos). Pictures taken are for internal communication and for customers, never shared publicly. If we miss something, we make right. You avoided calls with no response until legal action in texts. Payment for session 2 in question cleared, but the first bounced which you agreed to make right. Your entire story is deceit. I hold the NSF check as proof which will be shared with pending legal authorities. You posted similar reviews on multiple sites 2 weeks following service out of contempt. You claim to be IT business owner, pointing to knowing consequences of multiple bad reviews, malicious defamation. Furthermore, if anyone looks at your husband's other reviews, your history of payment failure is in rebuke of other vendors.
