We don't itemize cleaning costs to a standard or deep clean which is nothing more than bait and switch tactic for charging extra! Instead, we charge a fair and honest hourly rate of $45 per hour, per cleaner. There are no added charges for cleaning outside of a standard or even deep clean. It’s the same rate, just time. If we see something dirty, we clean it! We define in advance a set amount of time that is based on your priorities. This is the budget we keep unless told otherwise. We always send two trusted and experienced cleaners that are background checked and qualified. Most homes can be cleaned between 1 1/2to 2 hours ($150 - $180 on average). Everything is determined according to your priorities. Businesses are obviously custom, but nothing new to us.
We clean our vacuum filters, canisters, and rollers daily. If we do 3 jobs in a day, we carry with us 3 vacuum cleaners that have all been refreshed. If you don't use us, ask your cleaner to show you their vacuum before they use in your house. This is only one sample of our many quality controls.
