- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Each job is based on a square footage price and the condition of the asphalt. I can go over the details to meet your needs and not sell you something you do not need. I will also guide you with a few options based on your need if the case presents itself.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We offer professional service. We will walk the customer through the process of the job being accomplished. We will provide details and explain the process so the customer understands what they are paying for and the services provided. We can give out references to provide confidence to the customer so they can talk to our past clients about our work.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a Educator who teaches Physical Education at Warrensville Hts High School, I also obtain a Masters in Administration. In college I worked for a sealcoating company and started the business on my own with a broom and a bucket in search of paying off my student loan debt. As I started sealcoating many people were very pleased with my work and my business grew from one customer to over now five hundred clients on record. We are expanding every year as we add to our client base and offer everything from line striping, crack filling, pot hole repair, and sealcoating. No job is too big or too small as we can handle large parking lots to small driveways.
