I had a refrigerator/freezer to be disposed of and a chest freezer in the basement. They arrived promptly and provided a quote based on the need to move the chest freezer up from the basement. The refrigerator/freezer required removal of the doors of the fridge and the lower freezer drawer as well. They had the tools and worked to complete this so that it fit through the front door without damage to my property. Both were polite and efficient. I would recommend them to anyone needing this service.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer a minimum of 2 hours with 2 movers and a truck, after the first 2 hours we start calculating the regular rate our would always put a smile in your face by doing just what you want for your job .
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I go in a short discussion with the customer to get more information and photos about the job , letting the customer know our ability , our time frame and getting a good schedule that both suits.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a degree holder in business management and i understand using the skills i have had for 6 years being a truck driver moving from state to state could be the best way to start my own dream .
