- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We do not offer discounts. We take pride in our service and always lead with a fair price.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We answer phone calls and emails promptly and answer any questions you may have. From there we set up a time that works for you. We always give you a call when we are on the way. Upon arrival we will work to diagnose the issue and present you with pricing options.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our technicians have years of experience with sewer and drains.
