- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We prefer to provide on site estimates but are very flexible. All on site estimates are free, as our customers are only charged when they decide to go with a job. We guarantee the lowest prices and encourage our customers to get a second opinion on a job if they need reassurance.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will talk on the phone or message back and forth to schedule an on site estimate. From there on, customer inquiries are our top priority, meaning that we will do everything we can to get back to you ASAP if we miss a call.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Though I do not often do the installations myself, I have previous experience installing and refinishing flooring, and I am a carpet expert. I have the ability to discuss a multitude of options with our customers and always cater to their needs.
