The ac was not working in the new house I purchased. I reached out to Veterans heating and air online and they responded very quickly. Rick was very professional and friendly. He was very knowledgeable and thorough. He went above and beyond and didn’t cut corners. He explained everything to me throughout the process and had me up and running very quickly.
