- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Discounts- I look for the best option for my client. Sometimes the cheapest option isn’t the best deal. I look at the whole picture. Fees- I don’t currently charge a professional fee for my service. As your travel advisor part of my job is to take payment from the client and pay the supplier. An credit card authorization form needs to be signed - it benefits both parties involved. More details can be discussed during our initial consultation.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I really enjoy getting to know my clients and building a relationship with them. I take the time, preferably on the phone, to understand exactly what they need and guide them through the process.
