- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The majority of my pricing is based on time. I try to stay reasonable and within the clients budget.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I'll contact the customer and discuss their cleaning needs. We will set a date and time that works the best for the both of us. The customer will receive confirmation phone call, email or text the day before their appointment.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I always try to stay current on new cleaning products and ways to improve my cleaning technique.
