- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer the most reasonable pricing per item compared to the competition. We typically price per item (I.e. per shrub, per yard of mulch, per tree etc.) We also offer broken up payment schedule options and work dates! As of 2022 we will be offering a 3% off cash discount.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We engage with the customer over phone or email to ensure the job is the right fit for them and us. If the job requires a detailed on-site evaluation, we will do a consultation on the property. The consultation will determine the final quote and work date. We are always flexible if the customer would like add ons or a new design. We believe in keeping a service oriented relationship with the customer always!
