- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing can vary based on client need. If client only needs Wordsmith to a previously created resume pricing can be negotiated lower. Also, should a client need resume writing, cover letter and or advice on how to prepare for an interview a bundle package can be created lowering the price for services.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typical process is a free introductory call or email exchange to learn client needs to see if a fit makes sense. Once client and I agree that service is value add we will commence with the service. Before agreeing to the service the client and I will agree on the project plan and completion date so both parties are aligned.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a BA and over 20 years of HR business partnership experience including international. I have experience with multiple industries including PE, Private and Public. My Strategic experience includes coaching and partnering with the C-Suite, M&A integration, executive coaching, HR transformation, direct and remote management, creating and implementing global programs including compensation, talent assessment and development, global project management, recruitment strategy, budget planning, organizational development, union partnership including Workers Council.
