- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is upfront and I work to for many different manufacturers so I receive discounts on parts so I pass that along to you. I let you know the worst case scenario and hope that in the end its less but at least you are aware of what it can cost in full before we meet.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We talk through text, phone, or email and I try to diagnose the machine before making an appointment.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Been working on fitness equipment for years. Its my passion!
