I connected with Dave after a search for computer repairs. He was VERY responsive and helpful. My computer had a few issues and he addressed every one of them. He remotes in and stayed in continuous contact with me as he worked the problems. Dave is clearly skilled and a great communicator. I asked questions via the App as he worked on the computer. Not once did he give me the impression I was a bother. He truly cared about computer. He works fast but explained his actions when asked. Thank you Dave!

I must admit, I was on the internet looking for a local technician to repair my laptop power issue when Thumbtack put me in touch with Bits & Chips. He walked me thru a checklist to narrow down the problem and before I really thought about it, I'd taken the back off my Insperon, identified the problem as a battery issue, and switched out the hard drive to another laptop. Up and running the same day--business interuption avereted! I'm definitely not yet ready to hang out my Computer Repair 'Shingle' ... but very pleased with the results and thrilled with the minor charge for his assistance.

David was wonderful to work with! I had issues with my printer not connecting to my computer for weeks. I had another repair person come to my house and for the same amount of money he not only did not fully resolve the issue but I had concerns over what he was doing. David cleaned everything up and quickly identified the problem. It was extremely easy to work with his remote software. I highly recommend him!

If you need help with computer problems, contact Bits & Chips. They quickly and thoroughly fixed several issues with my laptop. I was about to purchase a new computer, but they resolved all the problems with my audio settings and Adobe Acrobat. I was so impressed that I asked if they offered website services, and they are now my go-to computer folks!
