- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I do require a retainer fee for all appointments. This ensures a guaranteed appointment. I also take cash, cash app or Apple Pay payments. All prices are not final because the location and time are all factors.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I always like to know about all my clients skin types. Meaning I ask if you have oily or dry skin. I also examine the skin tone and the undertones as well. I always make my customers feel comfortable and I also introduce myself. Also, Making sure that I ask if they have any allergies or if they have sensitive skin. This will ensure the right products are being used for the best result.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a licensed cosmetologist. I am certified in sanitation.
