The entire team at Sandrock was very thorough and professional through the entire process from the initial estimate to the completion of the work. The estimator came out to our house and did precise measurements which made me feel confident the final cost would not change. Mike was very responsive and proactive in his communication and was always available by email or text. The team was willing to work with us on our desired date and was flexible to our schedule. Our painter Fred did a great job, completing the work in the estimated time and always cleaning up after he had wrapped for the day. He did an excellent job smoothing out our walls from previous paint blemishes and was precise in his trim work. The entire experience was easy and positive!

My condo looks brand new! I was in a little time crunch, and Michael had two of his painters come after hours and stay late into the evening to make sure the entire downstairs was complete before I moved in. Carl and Danny were punctual even after working a job during the day, and my place looks great! Thank you so much for doing that for me - it helped take some stress off the move!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I personally visit each customer's house to see the project and discuss potential options. We provide a written quote (not an estimate) on the spot, and we never charge more than the quoted price when the job is complete.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We first meet at the customer's home to go over the scope of work to be performed. We take measurements and ask questions to make sure that we are on the same page. Prices are always agreed upon with a written quote before work begins, and there are never any surprise charges when the job is complete.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Myself and my business are EPA certified to safely work around lead based paint. I have trained with both the Academy for Professional Painting Contractors, and Painting Business Pro programs.
