- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I personally visit each customer's house to see the project and discuss potential options. We provide a written quote (not an estimate) on the spot, and we never charge more than the quoted price when the job is complete.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We first meet at the customer's home to go over the scope of work to be performed. We take measurements and ask questions to make sure that we are on the same page. Prices are always agreed upon with a written quote before work begins, and there are never any surprise charges when the job is complete.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Myself and my business are EPA certified to safely work around lead based paint. I have trained with both the Academy for Professional Painting Contractors, and Painting Business Pro programs.
