- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer flat rate packages based on the type of project and scope of work.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We'll start with a virtual Meet & Greet for us to get to know one another and for me to learn more about your project. After that, you'll select a package and complete a client questionnaire to share additional information and ideas. From there, the process depends on the type of engagement.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I've primarily worked with homeowners but can also support realtors and builders, contractors, architects and other interior designers.
