I couldn't be happier with the services performed by Cincinnati Arbor Services. They responded immediately to my Thumbtack posting and came to my home within a day or two to view the yard and to ask questions. On the day of the scheduled work, they arrived promptly when they said they would; if they had questions, they asked me; they took down all the trees I had identified (and even cleaned out some overgrown brush); then they shredded them and cleaned up every single leaf in the yard. They also identified a potential yet significant problem with a tree that wasn't on my original list, and after conferring with me, they cut it down as well. Their pricing is VERY reasonable and I strongly recommend them for your tree-trimming and/or tree removal needs.

Steven Bowes and his team did an excellent job in a very difficult situation. An huge old tree on a Cincinnati hillside next to our house was dying. Two other companies came out and clearly were reluctant to take on the job. Cincinnati Arbor Services was prompt, professional all the way through, carefully observed safety precautions that were part of this difficult job, and caused no damage. Would hire or recommend them without question.
