- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The Efficiency Magician offers a variety of services that meet any budget. Monthly retainer and a la carte services are available! I do give a 20% discount to nonprofit organizations.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically, The Efficiency Magician will meet with our future clients and learn more about their business. I will then give a short presentation about my background and The Efficiency Magician. If interested in securing my services, we will then mutually decide what is best for you and your business at this time, and we will create a service package based off of those needs. You will then be onboarded and reserve your availability. Then, the magic begins!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Bachelor of Arts in Communication, with a specialization in Public Relations through the University of Toledo, as well as a Master of Public Administration degree through Indiana State University. Additionally, I have earned a Professional Certified Marketer certification through the American Marketing Association. I love professional development and am always learning new ways to better myself and my craft.
