We own a large commercial building, we got 3 quotes from local big name roofing companies for our flat roof, then we decided to get one last estimate from ROI Construction and we are so glad we did! They offered the same warranty as the national company and honestly they seemed more knowledgeable and they treated us like family! They completed our roof as if it was their own building. Such great people, and they were significantly less expensive than the next lowest estimate we got! We got to work with the owner Bryan directly and he was on the job supervising and keep us updated constantly, surprisingly! Highly recommend!
