We are sad to hear that this is your accountability of what has been transpiring here. Your insurance policy did not allow for a lot of what was needed to complete the project on your home repairs like code upgrades required to build the job. We spent thankless weeks and months trying to do everything possible to supplement the claim to get as much coverage as possible to complete the project. We were able to effectively boost the claim , but not to the total amount needed. There was a break down sent to your husband months ago and materials purchased to move onto the siding portion of the job so we could keep moving forward on the repairs. We cannot move forward to do work on the project outside of delivering the materials without a solid agreement between both parties on how the remainder of the bill will be paid once the work is complete. We also advised we needed to take a contractor test in the city of Toledo this October - client did not want to wait. ABC has been corresponding with the the attys to come to a resolution that is fair to all parties. We will push this correspondence to the top today in order to get this resolved asap.

Based on our company call logs , visits and attempts for payment for the work that we DID for your landlord, we had to pass on the rest of your project due to slow pay issues. We wish you the best of luck.
