FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
In order to build long-term relationships with my clients, I offer competitive hourly training rates and discounted monthly packages (up to 6 months) to satisfy my clients’ needs and budget. I accept cash, check, and debit/credit both in person and online. Payment is required prior to starting a training program. Sessions are scheduled by appointment availability, and can be scheduled in person, by phone, text, or online. A credit card is required to confirm your appointment. There will be charged fee for late cancellations (within 12 hours) or appointment no-show.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to meet with my clients personally (or via Skype, FaceTime, etc.) to discuss their fitness goals, as well as exercise background, health history, and any preexisting medical conditions. I perform a complimentary health fitness assessment and gather additional information including body composition, and baseline levels in cardiovascular fitness, muscle strength, core endurance, and flexibility.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been a Certified Personal Trainer with both American Council on Exercise (ACE) and ACSM since 1998. Soon after, I received a bachelors degree in Sports Medicine in 1999. I founded my company, BeneFIT Health, LLC, and began my career as a personal personal trainer in 2003.
