$100/hour, minimum two hours for local loads. The price for long distance will be calculated by mileage + load/unload time individually. Discounts are available for repeat customers.

1. Initial Contact: We start by discussing the customer's specific needs, including the pickup and delivery locations, the type of cargo, and the desired delivery time. 2. Quote and Agreement: Once I have a clear understanding of the job, I provide a detailed quote that includes the estimated cost and timeline. If the customer agrees to the terms, we'll establish a contract or agreement. 3. Scheduling: We coordinate the pickup and delivery dates and times that work best for both parties. 4. Preparation: Before the move, I ensure that my cargo van is clean, well-maintained, and ready to transport the customer's belongings. 5. Loading and Transportation: On the day of the move, I arrive promptly, load the cargo securely, and transport it to the designated destination. 6. Unloading and Inspection: Upon arrival, I unload the cargo carefully and ensure that everything is delivered safely and undamaged. 7. Payment and Feedback: Once the job is complete, I collect payment according to the agreed-upon terms. I also request feedback from the customer to help me improve my services.
