In 30 years of receiving massages from exceptional therapists, I have to rate Vanessa as The Cream of the Crop--she is BEYOND exceptional. She is truly Gifted as an LMT! Here's why: not only is she super-responsive (I found her on Sunday through Thumbtack and was on her table on Monday afternoon!) she is highly skilled as an LMT--words cannot describe it, since it's pure feeling--she creates the most nourishing atmosphere for relaxation and healing. Her joy in her work is palpable--it surrounds you the entire time. (Go to her website--she will have you at HELLO--and everything she promises there, she delivers!) For my first appointment with her yesterday, I booked a 60-minute massage since it's been over 6 months since my last one and I was really stiff and in some pain. After working on me for 60 minutes (which was so much fun it felt like 15...), she asked me if I had another 15 minutes, so she could give the rest of my muscles the care they needed (unlike other LMTs who are ruled by time, she will not rush in her care of you and my muscles were SO GRATEFUL). At that point, I knew that 90-minute massages will be our regular appointment! Here's an insight to her Giftedness: right in the midst of the appointment she offered to give me what my muscles needed in that moment--and that was when I knew I'd found the the only LMT I will ever work with for the rest of my life. (And if you read the other reviews, you'll know I am not kidding.) Thank you, Vanessa!! You are AMAZING. See you in two weeks... (PS: Thanks for the recommendation of the epsom salt bath and the homemade antioxidant water--both are awesome!)

Wow Nessa and Tori were amazing! HIred them for a couples massage for my husband's birthday and they were wonderful. Great massages, very kind and made us feel at ease, and our dog loved them too! You can always tell if someone is a good person if your dog likes them :)

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I am by appointment only. There are days where same day appointments are available. I do accept cash or check. Credit card payments a fee is accessed. I do offer a referral reward program and discounts at different times during the year. Gift certificates are available so that you may share the wonderful feeling of massage with those you love.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
With a new client I will listen to what their goal for the massage may be. I am diligent in striving to ensure all goals are met. Whether it be pain relief or relaxation; my job as a therapist is to make sure each client is comfortable and satisfied with their massage.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I received my Associate of Applied Science in Massage Therapy. In conjunction with additional training in Myofascial Release and Neuromuscular Therapy
