My lawn care provider was very punctual and got right to work. He payed meticulous attention to detail and completed the grass cutting and trimming in a timely manner. He was professional and polite and did exactly what I wanted done to the yard. He did an excellent job and the yard looks beautiful! Very happy with his performance.

They could not finish my job in one day, but will come back today to do so. The did a very good job. Looking forward to working with them in the future. Update: Reducing 5 star rating to two stars as neither the spring leaf clean-up or the grass cutting was ever completed. If this is the quality of the work to expect, I'll stay for the 3 mowings I signed up for, and then go to another service I can TRUST to complete a job. Pictures below.

We price using your address to determine the actual lawn size and then use the lowest industry rates for the area to quote you the best offer that we can.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically our customers like to call in because it is easy and quick, we are able to give an accurate quote just using your address. They can also schedule entirely online at lawnstarter.com. From there, we typically reserve a weekly time or bi-weekly depending on a customers' needs. We also set them up with a customer account so they can manage their service online as they please.
