I entrusted this company to mow my lawn. They sent a man named Warren from New Beginnings to mow today. When I got home I was appalled to see that he only mowed the front lawn and not even all of that. He totally ignored the right and left side yard and the entire back yard. I contacted him and he made an excuse that he didn’t know I wanted the entire yard mowed! I have tried and tried to get a refund and I’m locked into a 3-cut minimum contract. This is a horrible experience. They keep saying they will send Warren back or find a new “pro” to fix the job. I don’t want anyone from this company stepping foot on my property….ever!

Charged a long grass fee for grass that wasn’t cut. Showed up 3 hrs late smoking a cigarette and attempting to cut my grass at the same time. Then posted extra pictures of someone else’s property to try to make the work look good!

They could not finish my job in one day, but will come back today to do so. The did a very good job. Looking forward to working with them in the future. Update: Reducing 5 star rating to two stars as neither the spring leaf clean-up or the grass cutting was ever completed. If this is the quality of the work to expect, I'll stay for the 3 mowings I signed up for, and then go to another service I can TRUST to complete a job. Pictures below.
