Initial service was ok; then became unresponsive, wanting to charge me for long grass due to skipped service dates due to weather and app issues. Customer service attempted to assist but failed. What's worse is the service can't be canceled until after three visits. Still, I had to seek service elsewhere.

Underwhelmed with the service. I was home to move items out of the way and even though I paid for edging, no edging was done. Will not be continuing.

Nicholas did a fantastic job! He was timely with his responses, made sure to touch base with me periodically, arrived early, and was very kind in asking my night shift roommate if the time he chose was okay.
