Chad is the best in the business. For someone like me who wouldn’t know the first thing to look for when inspecting a house, Chad was informative and walked me through everything he observed and the level of concern. We are so glad we hired Chad to complete our home inspection. He was polite, informative and thorough. It was due to snow on the day of our inspection, Chad went the day before and went on the roof to make sure he could see everything. The inspection report came back very quickly- it was easy to read and we didnt have any surprises since he went over everything with us in detail during the inspection. We will be using Chad for any future home inspections and will recommend him to any friend/family in need of his services.

I was very happy that we used CJK Home Inspections to handle our new home purchase inspection. Chad was very thorough and took time to go through every question that we asked. We had no problems setting up the appointment and every aspect of working with him was easy. All documents were received the same day so we could proceed on closing. I will recommend CJK everytime.
