We are so glad we hired Chad to complete our home inspection. He was polite, informative and thorough. It was due to snow on the day of our inspection, Chad went the day before and went on the roof to make sure he could see everything. The inspection report came back very quickly- it was easy to read and we didnt have any surprises since he went over everything with us in detail during the inspection. We will be using Chad for any future home inspections and will recommend him to any friend/family in need of his services.
