Hello Giancarlo. We are sorry for your experience not being satisfactory. As a business we worked with you as best we could. Once you declined to exterminate the bed bugs and roaches on your property, we opted out of future business with you. We offered estimates to fix the active leaks in the wall you had, and to paint the walls/entire unit. You declined those estimates as well. We are sorry your unit needed much more work than you were capable/willing to pay for. We feel bad for your other tenants. As a business, we declined future business with you due to your aggressive behavior, and your volatile comments through multiple different platforms of communication. We can not include pictures in review replies, however we both have knowledge of the lien that was placed on your property for non-payment of services performed. We don’t do bad business, nor do we have any Ill intentions towards you, or your “Real Estate Investment” Company. We wish you the best and hope to settle this amicably in court. Take better care of your tenants, and consider not disrespecting/disregarding the health and quality of life, for your tenants and/or Contractors.
