- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I have minimums. Projects can have cancelation fees. Prices do reflect travel costs. I do offer discounts for multiple line items depending on the project. Material costs depend on the project and how you wish to proceed.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to get to know them and their goals and surrounding parameters so I can serve them best. Typically I will request information beforehand suck as pictures an videos if their is a repair or I will ask for information about a space that I will be building something in or if it is installation, subsequent questions so I know what I need to bring. Additionally, I am working on a customer portal so I can establish a seamless communication stream with my customers. I may inform a new customer of this to be helpful.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am familiar with building codes and have experience troubleshooting mechanical problems residentially.
