I forgot the repairman’s name, but he was professional and upfront about the issue with the appliance. Didn’t try to put a bandaid on the issue and just recommended that I get a new one and even gave some good recommendations.

Renoo came out to check out my refrigerator. After a quick inspection, they were able to locate more than 1 issue and advised me to buy a new fridge. I really appreciated their honesty rather than taking on repairs that would have ended up costing me getting a new fridge soon after anyways. Would hire again!

I contacted Renoo Home Services whenever my grandmother needed her washer repaired because it was making really loud noises. They came within a few hours and went through all of the settings and could not get the washer to make the noise. They checked the main things of the washer though and said if we can catch it on video then it would help and if it happened in the next 45 days it would be covered by the initial $80 fee we paid. I went the next day and ran a load of laundry and caught it on video and sent it to them. They were able to get ahold of a tech to come the following day. The time frame came and went and I hadn’t heard anything yet but I reached out on the app and they told me he was running behind but would be there. He was there an hour or so later and my grandma went to let him in, she’s elderly and has a hard time getting around and she unfortunately tripped over her cane whenever she went to let him in. She used her cane to open the door but she couldn’t get up. The tech Trayshawn offered to help pick her up and make sure she was ok. He did so and she and I are so thankful. They then reached out on the app and told me that they completed the services and let me know about my grandma so I could check in on her. The invoice payment was exactly as we had discussed after the first visit of what could have potentially been wrong but they didn’t want to do it until they heard the noises but it was what they expected once they got the video. They sent the invoice and I paid through Apple Pay and it was very easy to do so. I am very thankful for their services and will be happy to use them again. My grandma got their business cards and already started handing them out to family and friends. Thank you Renoo staff and the tech Trayshawn for your help making sure my grandmas washer was good and that she was okay. We truly appreciate your support and work. I recommend this company for any maintenance needs. 🤗
