Said they would be at my rental property between 1-5pm to fix my stove. Cleared my schedule and waited for 4.5 hours. Tech called me at 3:06 and left a voice mai saying he was on his way and would be there in a hour. I called back 15 minutes later, no answer and left a voice mail confirming I'd be there. When I checked with the owner at 5:30 he blamed me for not communicating when I clearly did. After sending him a screen shot of me clearly responding to his text when he said I didn't and correcting him that his tech only called once and he was mistaken that what he claimed was 3 calls was actually only 1 call from his tech, a voice mail, and me calling back! Waste of my time. I'd rather buy a new stove than have these jerks anywhere near my house.
