When my son took a shower last Friday evening I heard and saw water coming down through my living room ceiling. I contacted Thumbtack for help and Ari responded right away. He opened the ceiling and found that the leak came from an eroded pipe at the bath tub drain. He professionally installed a new trap lever and replaced the old P-Trap and then repaired the damaged ceiling. I could not be happier with the work he has done! (He is also a very nice human being!)

Ari really saved us. Our kitchen sink basically fell in. On a summer Friday. He figured out how to fix everything. He reattached the sink, reconfigured the drain and unclogged it. Our sink is now much more secure than when the original contractor put it in. Miracle worker. Without him our family wouldn’t have a kitchen sink for days.

Ari promptly responded to my questions and was easy to schedule a visit. He was transparent with pricing and was professional to deal with. He was also insured, which was needed by my building. Importantly, there was an issue with a part my building provided that was used in the job. Ari promptly came back to address it without charging for a second visit.
