Nancy is not only a wonderful Groomer, but also a fantastic person to have in your home. She has an ease to her that doesn’t feel intrusive given the nature of the job. She did a phenomenal job on both my Dogs, one of which is currently being treated for an ear infection, and Nancy was courteous enough to insert the cotton bud in her ear and bathe her in a manner that did not get her ear wet. I truly appreciate her patience and professionalism. If you are looking for a professional you can trust in your personal space, look no further.

Nancy is an incredible groomer, and also an incredible person. She is so patient and gentle with our anxious, shy puppy, and was the first groomer to completely listen to and understand our preferences for our dog's haircut (which is something we had not had any luck with yet!) She is a master of her craft and passionate about her work, and even follows along with pictures she let us send her of our ideal look when we first got him. Nancy goes above and beyond; she's taken the time to follow up with us and provide suggestions and resources to help our puppy with his anxiety day to day. We were expecting a one off, efficient, at home grooming session but we are now loyal to Nancy forever! She's amazing, highly recommend!

Our Cairns were calm knowing they were being groomed by a pro and looked 100% better after far too many months. We're grateful to Nancy and look forward to engaging her to groom our 2 dogs in a 2 or 3 months. She asked questions about how we preferred their summer cuts to look and did a great job.

My dog and I had a great experience with Nancy. She was friendly, caring, punctual and professional. My dog Mazie is 18 months old and has been very difficult to groom. She would get very upset as soon as the groomer came in and then it was all down hill. This time it was great. Nancy has the magic touch and also has the right equipment that no other groomer had for Mazie. First time Mazie and I were stress free when Nancy left and Mazie looked very beautiful. I am happy I found Nancy as my pet’s groomer. I highly recommend her 👍
