FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I usually charge for the entire experience. I'm always willing to negotiable where there is some wiggle room in doing so...Depending on the amount of participants, amount of wines to be purchased and in some cases travel distance. I can then better determine how to give you a more accurate quote. Do have a budget in mind though. I highly recommend that we talk over a phone call to go over all that you'll need to know to better describe and understand how I'll provide you with a FIVE stellar tasting experience!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I'm a natural communicator/entertainer type of person with a good sense of humor and easy to talk to. I'd say the best thing to do is to give me a call and have as many questions ready that you want to ask me. I'll then explain in full detail, and guide you step by step on what's to be expected at your gathering. You'll see that once we talk, you'll have a clearer picture and be more at ease in planning your tasting gathering. I guarantee you a fun and memorable experience that you and your guests will talk about for a very long time...
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I'm a Certified sommelier , both in the USA and Italy (Sommelier Society of America (WSET level 4 certified) wine professional/ Associazioni dei Sommelier d'Italia) and worked in the food and wine industry for 24 years... I've traveled extensively to most wine regions of the world, (Italy, France, Spain) including the USA....Napa, Sonoma, Finger Lakes.
