- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
*Our price is based on the size of the project, distance and frequency *The initial consultation fee is $50 cash/Zelle/Venmo for me coming to the customers home for an hour to meet with them, and assess the project to determine measurements, and items possibly needed to complete the project *My hourly rate is $125 an hour when working in your home or office. If I believe the project requires more than myself in order to execute, than the rate is $185 an hour, and I would bring one of my employees along to assist, 3 organizers would be $245 an hour etc
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
New customer are given a free consultation in person or over the phone. I always like to do a walk through with the customer, this allow me to see the space, take photos and create a plan.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 7 years experience in organizing business. I was also in the corporate financial world working for large companies the past 17 years, so being organized, was key to success of the business.
