- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our prices are very competitive and we will also discuss if the customer is looking for a weekly 10% or biweekly 5% discount to it after the first time. Loyalty and compromise is very important to us as you can see but always providing the best result possible for our customers.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
To asked them what are their expectation,concerns and priorities to make the cleaning process is focus on what matters the most to our costumers besides the regular cleaning process and of course showing them that our work is 100%
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've been doing this type of work for quite a while and there is nothing like seeing the difference of before and after which makes me and my team proud but the most important thing is to make sure our customers are happy and satisfy with who they just hired to do the job.
