I am a first time home buyer so I am new at everything in this field. I didnt think I really needed an inspection till I had a friend buy a house and had to spend a fortune fixing it.He told me GET AN INSPECTION! John was thorough and knowledgeable. He is able to point out some structural issues at the roof and foundation and gave us a lot to consider before closing on our home. Ultimately it was the right decision to buy and we did so with information and peace of mind that we wouldnt of otherwise had.I would recommend him to anyone.
