- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Event Support Services • Transport of Event Supplies (Tables, Chairs, Decorations, etc.): • $60/hour (2-hour minimum). • Mileage fee: $1.50/mile ($2.00 after the first 15 miles). • Additional helpers (if needed): $60/hour per helper. • Event Setup Assistance: • $75/hour for transport + setup. • Includes unloading, arranging, and assistance with breakdown at the venue after the event. Delivery & Courier Services Courier Services for Small Items/Packages: • $40 for first 10 miles. • $1.50/mile for additional mileage. • Rush delivery (same-day or last-minute): +$20. Add-Ons: • Same-Day Booking Fee: $20. • Household Garbage Disposal Fee (if applicable): $60-$100
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My typical process starts with understanding the customer’s specific needs. I begin by asking detailed questions about the job, such as what items need to be delivered or transported, the location details, and any special requirements or deadlines. Once I have all the information, I provide a clear and upfront quote so there are no surprises. On the day of service, I arrive on time, prepared with the necessary tools and equipment to get the job done efficiently. Throughout the process, I keep open lines of communication to ensure everything goes smoothly and the customer is satisfied with the results.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My experience comes from years of experience in much larger scale logistics operations, hands-on work assisting with event setups, transporting large items, a former career as a mover, and coordinating logistics for friends, family, and clients. Over time, I’ve developed strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a focus on customer satisfaction. Additionally, my background in Construction Management and Logistics Management has taught me how to work efficiently under tight deadlines and handle challenging tasks with professionalism. This combination of experience and practical knowledge allows me to provide top-notch service to every client.
