My dad was a constructor for more than 50 years and I grow up with his image what construction means. What’s the most important how I serv to customers is first of all to understand their needs. I want the customers knows everything about the work stage before they start. Is my job to explain every step and make the customers feel comfortable to ask if something is questioning to them. Very communicative throughout the job and provided valuable information about other issues at the property. Showed up on time, went right to work and cleaned up when done. *Unfortunately have to update because Pro has not honored warranty and even more unfortunate that the work needed was to remove rubber in drain pipe no doubt that fell in during installation.
