- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The customer should know that we stand by our work. We are not a fly by night company. All our workers go through background checks. We just don’t pick up people at Home Depot or off a corner and bring them to your home to work. Safety and quality is the most important thing to us. Our reputation means everything.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The process of working with the homeowner is. Step 1 they come to the job and evaluate what needs to be done. Step 2 I have a conversation with the homeowner to see exactly what they’re asking us to do and if it’s possible to do it. Step 3 I provide the homeowner with a detailed estimate and review it with them and answer any questions they have.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I had the best training in the world. I grew up in the business, and once the homeowner speaks with me, it is evident.
