- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge a diagnostic fee that will include a detailed overview of your appliance and any other questions you might have as long as I am in your home. It will be applied toward the repair if you decide to move forward with the repair. Don’t let a cheap diagnostic fee land you with an inexperienced technician!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We have a detailed phone conversation about symptoms of your appliance need. I will describe what I believe it can be, what can be done, and a rough estimate of a cost.
