We had an issue with the heat on our gas boiler, and Bruno did an excellent job fixing it. He replaced the circulator for the first floor and performed some much-needed maintenance on the boiler. It was clear he knows his way around boilers, and he kept us informed throughout the entire process.
The pricing was fair, and we’re very happy with the work. We’ll definitely use GI Plumbing again and won’t hesitate to recommend him to others!

Bruno was great! He responded quickly, talked through my issue, offered options for availability over the phone. Bc of the nature of my issue, he was able to provide a quote over the phone. It was a better value than other vendors. The work was done quickly and he didn’t leave a mess! He also offered suggestions for areas to watch out for in the future without pressuring me to buy more services on the spot. He is now a permanent member of my home repair team for plumbing.

Bruno messaged me back immediately on here and was extremely upfront about any possible costs after I explained the situation with a stop valve and water pipe I wanted to add. He came the next day and not only fixed my issue, but attempted to diagnosis any other possible problems I might have along that run of pipe as well. He was thorough and completed the job at the cost he told me ahead of time. I have already scheduled him for two unrelated plumbing issues (a hose bib and water heater leakage). I have found a plumber I can trust.
