I’m very flexible it’s pricing ., all feeling on customers needs ., discounts are given for recurring customers . In terms of payment I can take Venmo zelle cashap or cash .
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our main goal is for the customer to be satisfied with our cleaning ., we work with the customers schedule ., communicate via text /email/phone on important details ( date., time .,pets., quotes ., etc) ., upon completions of cleaning we ask customer if they were satisfied or if we need to go over anything we might have overlooked . Once customer is satisfied we follow up for a second or recurring cleaning .
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
More than 10 years in the commercial cleaning industry and recent 5 years on the home/apt cleanings.
