McIntosh Construction was absolutely phenomenal! I needed a brand new light fixture put in the middle of the ceiling and a different one fixed and switched out. He was fast professional and provided all of the necessary equipment for extra work that he had to do. He offered guidance and advice on the electrical wiring as well and said he could come back to do pretty much any job I needed! I can not recommend him enough!

Percival did an AMAZING job renovating my basement bathroom. Not only did he immediately reach out and come out to assess the work that needed to be done, but he gave me a very fair price. After looking at photos of his previous work, I knew I was making the right decision by hiring him. While the work should have been done within a week and a half, Percival found issues with the foundation of my bathroom due to the hurricane back in September 2021. He offered to fix the foundation as well for a very cheap price. All in all, within 2 weeks, he built a beautiful bathroom and even added his own kinks (crown molding on the ceiling, toilet roll holder, etc.). He made sure he was in full communication with me at all times and ensured that I was happy with the results. I even hired him to do some minor tile work in my basement bedroom and do a paint job for me. Do yourself a favor and hire Percival. You’ll be doing yourself a favor.

The guys added a brand new bathroom for me in my basement from the ground up. It was a complex job as they had to cut up the slab to tie in the plumbing. They wrapped up the job on time and within the budget. I will definitely continue to use them for all of my home repairs/renovations in the future.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My typical process in beginning a new coach/client relationship is to start with a 30 minutes conversation… Ultimately all decisions on pace and depth of work is up to the client, as is the nature of the coaching. You will make the empowering choices and I will walk with you from day one as guide and supporter.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Apex trading, high school trade classes, OSHA and ten years of hands on experience in every aspect of construction and home renovation.
