What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First we discuss services, dates, location, and pricing options. If all is a go, I follow up with an email and a contract outlining details and deposit request. Then a follow up call a day or two before the event to make sure everything is all set.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am mostly self-taught, but I have been an artist (graphic, web and fashion designer) for over 12 years.
