I was looking for someone to do my friend’s makeup for her wedding. She ended up going with someone else, but I would rate Shannon very high in terms of responsiveness and professionalism. Even though I had told Shannon we would not be using her services, she still followed up with me to make sure my friend had found someone. That showed me that she was a true professional who was willing to swallow her pride and make sure that my friend was taken care of for her wedding day, even though someone else was working with my friend. I did a makeup trial with Shannon and will be having her for my wedding! She is one of the most responsive vendors I have yet to work with. Always touching base with me and making me feel confident about my decisions. I told her I wanted my makeup to be wedding glam but still look myself. With having freckled skin, full coverage can catch me off guard looking in the mirror and she worked with me getting my ideas throughout the process and I am just so happy to have found her through here. Not to mention she is so sweet and easy to talk to in the process, the exact type of people you want to work with on your big day!
