We hired Shannon for my Wedding Day and I'm so glad we did! Not worrying about my makeup for the day was a BIG relief. CUSTOMER SERVICE - Shannon is an expert at following up. She made sure we booked early and reserved spots for me and my sister. - After seeing my makeup done, my mom (last minute) asked if she was able to do hers too. Shannon graciously made arrangements so she could do it for my mom. Thank you for that! - Shannon is pleasant to communicate with. She's very understanding of brides and the pressures they face, so she makes sure lighten the load on anything she can for them (like contacting the bridal party for coordinating) MAKEUP RESULT - Look at my Before and After pics, she did an AMAZING job! - After dancing and sweating all day, my makeup held up great! SET UP - Shannon was on time to the airb&b - She also brought her own tools, lighting, and makeup chair! EXPERIENCE - I felt like a movie actress! - Shannon was fun and friendly to talk to - My sister also had a nice time as they chatted Shannon, I appreciate your professionalism and patience. I was looking for someone to do my friend’s makeup for her wedding. She ended up going with someone else, but I would rate Shannon very high in terms of responsiveness and professionalism. Even though I had told Shannon we would not be using her services, she still followed up with me to make sure my friend had found someone. That showed me that she was a true professional who was willing to swallow her pride and make sure that my friend was taken care of for her wedding day, even though someone else was working with my friend.
