- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Diagnosing problem with client over the phone with or without a remote connection to clients computer, then explaining the possible solutions and steps that can be taken to resolve the issue. When client is fully informed on problem and resolution the job gets done properly and as fast as it can be done.
